Important Notes & Terms
  • Income band is based on the employer or affiliation country at registration, using the World Bank classification current at the time of registration.
  • NGO rate applies to registered, non-profit, non-governmental organisations whose primary mission is patient or community services, advocacy, or public-interest support. Supporting documentation is required.
  • Students must upload a valid student ID or enrolment letter showing name, institution, and validity covering 28–30 September 2026.
  • Industry refers to all private sector, commercial, or for-profit organisations in the health and health-related sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, healthcare technology, life insurance, fitness, and rehabilitation companies. Practising clinicians and healthcare professionals employed in private clinical practice are not considered Industry and should register under the appropriate country income band category.
  • The organisers may reclassify registrations if documentation does not match the selected category. Any fee difference must be settled before a badge is issued.
  • Early-bird rates apply exclusively to participants who register by 31 July 2026. Standard fees apply thereafter.
  • A 10% group discount may be offered for institutions or country delegations registering 10 or more participants through a designated coordinator.
  • A 10% discount may be offered for delegates whose abstracts are selected for oral presentation, in recognition of scientific merit.
  • Early-bird registration may be combined with the group registration discount. Other discounts should not be cumulative unless expressly approved by the organisers.
  • Accepted abstract presenters must register and pay within 30 days of acceptance in order to remain in the scientific programme, in line with the abstract submission terms.
  • All presenting authors must attend in person. No hybrid or virtual presentation option will be available.
  • The Malaysian rate is a flat local concession. It is not eligible for additional group or presenter discounts.
